Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling

Unless you are otherwise notified, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS. We will contact you if there is going to be a shipping delay or if you have ordered a custom product that requires manufacturer’s lead time. We cannot ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address. Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. In most cases it will take approximately 3-7 business days to receive your item. Mail transit time is estimated to the best of our ability, but is not guaranteed, as transit time varies. Due to our diverse line of products we cannot guarantee a turnaround of 3 business days. Most can ship within 3-5 business days. Also, in the height of our season for outdoor products shipping times may vary. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item you received is not what was ordered or has a manufacturers defect. Shipping & handling fees are not negotiable.

Returns & Replacements

What can be returned? Are all products returnable or do some restrictions apply?

Items are returnable, except for Custom & RV items. There is a 20% restocking fee.

When do items need to be returned by? All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Where do items need to be returned? We will provide an address for returns with your shipment. It is based on the item purchased.

There will be return information provided with purchase. If you have any questions on how to return your item please contact us at customerservice@greateststores.com 

Shipping charges for returns? Are original shipping rates refundable? Does customer pay for shipping the return? Shipping rates are non-refundable. The customer pays for return shipping.

Credit for returns? All credits for returned items will be refunded via Paypal.

Packing materials? Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?

All returned items must be in it’s original factory packaging with its original tags.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  1. Payment Accepted: We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards. Checks and money orders are accepted but order will not ship until check has cleared the bank.
  2. Sales Tax: Sales tax is applicable for PA
  3. Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders: Please print your shopping cart and send it with your payment to:

Please be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address so that we can contact you with any questions we may have.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order or cashier’s check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.
